    We headed over to Colette at Porter Square Hotel recently for a little touch of France in Cambridge. For a Tuesday night there was quite a crowd out dining here and it seemed an eclectic mix of local Cantabrigians and visitors staying at the hotel.
    It's a sleek, contemporary boutique hotel with the restaurant fronting Mass Ave. and the staff as international as the guests. Our servers were from Columbia and Algiers who spoke fluent French.
