    I have made this lovely flavorful bowl of goodness 3 years ago for the first time... its a great low carb/keto friendly dish! Its very filling and satisfying.. I love the tahini sauce as it gives it richness and a nutty flavor you could easily interchange that with cashew or peanutbutter. The roasted Chickpeas gives this dish a nice crunch and it keeps in the fridge 2-3 days... you culd change it and make it with kale, brokkoli etc.. be creative
