    Going low carb or keto doesn't have to be tough. You can find ways to make your favorite carb heavy dishes so you don't feel like you are missing out. For example: the picture above looks just like any "regular" lo mein and yakitori. Tastes delicious too. But it's completely keto friendly. I often meal prep for several people and this has come back as top pick for A LOT of my clients.
