Easy but elegant, a Dutch baby is what you serve when you have guests over for breakfast or brunch and you want to impress.
It's basically a super fluffy pancake, so the batter comes together quickly in a blender: flour, milk, sugar, and melted butter. Blending incorporates air into the batter, giving the Dutch baby its impressively fluffy volume.
