    A shop that sold New York-style bagels has shut down, though the hope is that it could reopen under new ownership. Universal Hub is reporting that Local 338 Bagels & Coffee in West Roxbury is now closed, with a sign out front and a note from the Centre Street spot both indicating that a new owner could possibly be taking over, though this doesn't appear to be written in stone as of yet.     Late last year, it was reported that a family-friendly restaurant on the North Shore appeared to have closed permanently. Now we have learned that it is open once again, though with a change in ownership. According to a tweet from swixvonflaubert, Bradford Tavern is open once again, with an earlier Facebook post from the previous owners of the Haverhill Street place indicating that the owners of Fox Creek Tavern in Ipswich have taken it over.
